Kështu ka njoftuar, kryetari i Aleancës Kosova e Re, Behgjet Pacolli, duke thënë se Kosova shkruan histori.
“17 vjet pas Pavarësisë, në një ceremoni të jashtëzakonshme e të paharrueshme, Republika e Kenias – një nga shtetet më të rëndësishme të Afrikës – e njohu zyrtarisht Republikën e Kosovës si shtet të pavarur dhe sovran! Kjo njohje nuk është thjesht një deklaratë – është një fitore e madhe për shtetin e Kosovës, është zëri i lirisë sonë që dëgjohet thellë në zemrën e Afrikës! Sot, flamuri ynë i shtetit ngrihet lart me krenari në Nairobi, dhe kjo është një dëshmi se Kosova ecën përpara, fuqishëm dhe me dinjitet kur punohet dhe ka vullnet për të”, ka shkruar Pacolli.
Ai tutje ka shkruar se kjo fitore nuk erdhi rastësisht, duke shtuar se ajo është fryt i një pune të gjatë, të palodhur, me përkushtim e sakrificë.

“Ai e vizitoi Kosovën në vitin 2019 dhe e ndjeu fuqinë dhe vendosmërinë e popullit tonë. Në vitin 2023, gjatë vizitës time në Nairobi, ai e bëri hapin e parë duke njohur pasaportat tona. Sot, në një ceremoni madhështore, ai e tha me zë të lartë: Kosova është shtet i njohur nga Kenia! Kjo është diplomaci me rezultat. Kjo është Kosova që e respektojnë! Kjo është fitorja e dinjitetit tonë kombëtar në arenën ndërkombëtare”, theksoi ai.
Tutje, ai i ka bërë thirrje Qeverisë së Kosovës që menjëherë të vendosë marrëdhënie diplomatike me Kenian dhe të hapë një Ambasadë të përbashkët me Repbulikën e Shqipërisë në Nairobi.
“Kosova duhet të jetë prezente aty ku respektohet dhe mbështetet – në zemrën e Afrikës! Kjo ambasadë do të jetë porta e Kosovës për të hyrë fuqishëm në kontinentin afrikan, për të ndërtuar aleanca të reja politike, ekonomike dhe kulturore. Dua te shpreh falënderimin për bashkëpunëtorin tim të ngushtë, Jetlir Zyberaj i cili ka qenë në mënyrë permanente syri dhe veshi im jo vetëm në këtë proces të rëndësishëm për Kosovën.Një falënderim të veçantë dua t’i shpreh edhe Shqipërisë, presidentit Begaj dhe kryeministrit Edi Rama të cilët më kanë dhënë mbështetje shtetërore”, theksoi ai.
